Stuart Kirk, CIM®

Stuart has not only found himself but he finds others too. Stuart is a volunteer Search & Rescue Technician Team Leader with Arrowsmith Search & Rescue donating his time finding lost and injured people in the BC outdoors. Prior to becoming an advisor in 2009 Stuart spent 10 years with Franklin Templeton Investments as a Regional Vice President in British Columbia. Before that he was an investment consultant with Liberty Life in Johannesburg, South Africa. The Kirk family emigrated to Canada in 1998 and are proud to be Canadians.

Stuart holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation with over 30 years experience in the financial services industry. Stuart is additionally a licensed Insurance Advisor with The Insurance Council of BC. Stuart volunteers as an instructor teaching Retirement Planning at Vancouver Island University (VIU) Elder College.

Stuart co-founded Trademark Wealth Management in 2019 and enjoys enabling clients to live life on their terms. He specializes in investment management, retirement planning and insurance strategies which he finds extremely rewarding.

Besides working Stuart is a foodie, loves red wine and enjoys travelling, he enjoys exploring foreign cultures. Stuart can be found in the gym 4 days per week trying to limit the effects of aging. He enjoys hiking, Pickleball and the odd game of Balderdash. Stuart is married with two daughters and is delighted they are now financially independent…..
